Product Condition

Are your items brand new and sealed in the box?

We sell products in four condition categories: New, Open Box, As Is, and Refurbished.  See Product Conditions.

 


Payment

I want to pay for this auction with a money order or check. What is the address to mail my payment?

We only accept U.S.-issued Visa, MC, Discover and PayPal (Confirmed Address Only). We do not accept personal checks or money orders.


What do I do if accidentally type in the wrong information during the credit card checkout process, and my card is declined?

Go back and try to retype the information. You may need to contact us by email and we will help you resolve the problem.


Shipping

Can you ship merchandise to Canada, Mexico, Alaska or Hawaii?

No, we ship only within the U.S. mainland. 


Can you ship merchandise to other countries or continents such as New Zealand, Germany, or South America if the buyer is willing to pay all shipping-related charges?

No, we ship only within the U.S. mainland.
